This cottage is ideally situated on a working farm and stud. Located between Woodstock and Burford on the edge of the Cotswolds, yet only quarter of an hour from Oxford.
Well behaved dogs and horses are welcome. From the farm there is a superb network of bridle ways.
We have 2 ground floor bedrooms, both en-suite, one with a wet room. One bedroom is fully accessible. The kitchen and conservatory (which can be made into a comfortable sitting and dining room) are also on the ground floor. There are no steps at all downstairs or up to the approach to the cottage. The main sitting room is on the first floor. The cottage is painted cream and the doors and skirting boards are in a distinguishable natural wood. View our Access Statement

Local attractions and facilities
The farm is situated down a half mile drive across rolling green fields filled with horses, sheep and cattle, on the outskirts of North Leigh village. North Leigh is situated approximately 2 miles from Witney; the local market town.
4 miles away is Woodstock another local town that is home to Blenheim Palace and gardens.
Burford on the edge of the Cotswolds is within easy reach (15 minutes drive) and Oxford is only twenty minutes drive.
